Panda Hotel Hong Kong is a four-star hotel located at the southern margin of Tsuen Wan, which is a mixture of residential and industrial area, the property thus surrounded by both the residential and industrial buildings.
Tsuen Wan was developed in 1960's under "New Town Development Scheme" of Hong Kong Government. The district thus planned to develop to be self sufficiency. Factories, residential and commercial buildings were built in the area. But, as the years past and the circumstances changed, the government has launched the urban renewal project. Tsuen Wan was reconstructed and many old buildings and factories were gone. Most remained factory buildings have changed to commercial use.
Although the location of the hotel is not good enough, the base of the property has a big shopping mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Besides, Tsuen Wan also known as the City of Bridges and City of Shopping Malls, there is a well developed bridge network and tourists can access to almost every part of Tsuen Wan. Say, it needs to walk 15-20 minutes to the MTR Tsuen Wan Station 港鐵荃灣西站, but with the bridge network, tourist will walk through some shopping malls and this will make the walk more interesting.
Living in the hotel, thus, will have the chance to have a look of both the traditional and the modern life-style of Hong Kong people.

The transport network in Tsuen Wan was well developed. Tourists who live in the hotel can access to Hong Kong International Airport 香港國際機場 by A31* and tourists can go to the bus stop in just 2 minutes walk.
The hotel also provide free shuttle service for the tourists to access to the town centre of Tsuen Wan, and, Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui, the most prosperous shopping districts in Kowloon.
