The key to make soft chapathi is to knead the dough very soft and to press the chapathi evenly everywhere. If you add little bit ghee on top of each roti when it is hot makes it more soft and tasty. Very well explained

Mam, next time before mixing the veg, u make an habit of steaming the veg so that all nutrients will be intact in the veg. In boiling it will exhaust. This is American method of cooking.
