It would be great if Chip could have visited and introduced thr famous Rhodes House in Oxford (South Parks Road), and the renowned Rhodes Scholarships, which before 1997 produced one scholar from HK annually since 1985. Also, the first and oldest of all Oxford colleges, Univ (1249) on the High St. which was attended by Rhodes Scholars like Prof. John Finnis, Bill Clinton, and even a selected few from HK especially in the 1990s. Punting and the Oxford Union should also not be missed.
