I once had 5 nurses surrounding me looking at the veins in the back of my hand and telling me how beautiful they were. To this day weirdest compliment I've ever recieved.
I am a very difficult blood draw, I always apologize to the nurses ahead of time and make sure that I am very hydrated to give them the chance to find a vein I'm a very fair complexioned redhead and they definitely earn their money with me 😅

So I flex and she’s like “well I just blew out that vein! Let me see your other arm…don’t make a fist” ☠️ pretty funny
blood spurting from veins? that's new. there's not enough pressure in veins for the blood to spurt and there's a constant steady but slow flow of blood, so not even major veins do that when you draw blood.
@@Cafeallday222 who told you that lmao. you can take fluids 3x faster than the average joe? do you have soda cans for veins? medications and other i.v. fluids like jonosteril actually need to flow at a certain speed, you can't just let them flow into patients as fast as you can.

when I'm at the hospital, the nurses always gush about how easy it is to spot my veins. One especially was obsessed with a vein on the back of my wrists.
Used to see a nurse in the ER alot as a child that remembered me by my good viens everytime 😂 she never recognised my face but she'd take one look at my viens and be like 'oh you again!'
Not sure why veins are so appealing, specifically on a male’s arms and hands, but I always check out my boyfriend’s, because it’s seriously delicious to me. I told him she was going to say something about his veins beforehand and it made him laugh when my mom, who is a nurse, and met him for the first time said, “ Oh, this one is a good one.” I go “Thanks, mom!” And she was like ,” Sweetie, I meant the veins on this one are good, but also I do think he is a good person and good for you.” she turned back to him said,” Seriously you are a nurses dream patient, those veins are superb.” 😂😂😂
I had a surgery and when I'm going to the doctor for my appoinment, I have to do some blood tests and every time the nurses are telling me "you have pretty veins" and "oh my god look at those veins" and I'm like " thank you?..😂
Lol I’m the opposite. I used to have good veins but as I’ve gotten older that changed for some reason. I had a nurse say to me “please don’t be offended, but I hate your veins” we laughed about it together because she’d done my blood draws the last several times and was so patient trying to get the stick right. Rosie was the best! ❤
As someone who loves big, juicy veins let me explain. When pts come in sick, dehydrated, in shock etc those veins are flat. You can't get blood, you can't find or thread an IV and we don't like to poke and poke for no reason. So I do appreciate a big, juicy vein.
Oh god this is too true. My arm veins are very noticeable and everytime i get blood taken there's always a "Oh wow look at those!" One time she wasn't expecting them to give as much as they did and had to rush to get the rest of the tubes.
I am known as being a hard stick. I have very small veins that roll. When I was in the hospital, they had to bring in an ultrasound machine to find a vein. They also had to give me a midline during a hospital stay
Everytime man! When I'm in the hospital most have to use a butterfly needle on me. I have super tiny rolling veins and no veins that show. My arms are smoother then a baby's bottom but that is nothing a sickly person can brag about. I hate getting poked so many times. Many nurses can't find anything and they always call back up but not until they have tried at least 3 times in each arm. Sigh*
When I was in nursing school, I was the human pin cushion for the other students to practice on because of my epic veins. And they're still going strong. You can hit those suckers from across the room. I wish more patients were such an easy stick.
a friend of mine is training to become a nurse and a few weeks ago, when we finally saw each other again for the first time in almost half a year, one of the first things she said to be was "omg, look at your veins, they are AMAZING" - I'm still not over it😭😂
I had a nurse tell me once "oh God, yes! Your veins are like garden hoses. " 😂 she looked super embarrassed she said it out loud.
Didn't u hosed her later😂

when I'm at the hospital, the nurses always gush about how easy it is to spot my veins.
I told him she was going to say something about his veins beforehand and it made him laugh when my mom, who is a nurse, and met him for the first time said, “ Oh, this one is a good one.” I go “Thanks, mom!” And she was like ,” Sweetie, I meant the veins on this one are good, but also I do think he is a good person and good for you.” she turned back to him said,” Seriously you are a nurses dream patient, those veins are superb.”
😂😂😂
Thanks for the laugh, I needed it. Needless to say, I love my husband 😂
I literally choked on my lunch watching this 😂😂😂😂
I had a surgery and when I'm going to the doctor for my appoinment, I have to do some blood tests and every time the nurses are telling me "you have pretty veins" and "oh my god look at those veins" and I'm like " thank you?..😂
Lol I’m the opposite. I used to have good veins but as I’ve gotten older that changed for some reason. I had a nurse say to me “please don’t be offended, but I hate your veins” we laughed about it together because she’d done my blood draws the last several times and was so patient trying to get the stick right. Rosie was the best! ❤
I lol'd so hard! Love you! ❤️
My arm veins are very noticeable and everytime i get blood taken there's always a "Oh wow look at those!"
One time she wasn't expecting them to give as much as they did and had to rush to get the rest of the tubes.
Plllssss stop killing me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Retired nurse at 35 years old PERIOD 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Your videos make my day. And remind me why I went to home care. 😂😂😂
It's the drool all over the shirt for me😂
From a vet tech......yeah, i still see human veins from across a room and say "dang!!! I could tap that with a 12g!" Thats juicy!
Is it weird that I find veins that pop attractive? 🤔 Guess I'm not the only one 😅
Of so many hilarious shorsts you made, this one migt be the funniest! That and when you tried to set yourself on fire for the hot fireman! SO GOOD!!
I am known as being a hard stick. I have very small veins that roll. When I was in the hospital, they had to bring in an ultrasound machine to find a vein. They also had to give me a midline during a hospital stay
Sneaky veins gang ! I also tend to lose consciousness when having blood taken, I'm a nurse nightmare 🫣
Sigh*
That's the good laugh I needed today!😂😂😂
Sooo true!! veins popping like that are every nurse wet dreams 🤣🤣 one of them tho guilty as charged 🤣🤣
I can confirm nurses are obsessed with my veins, it’s definitely a kink of theirs
I get my blood drawn every three months and almost every time I go in there, whoever is drawing my blood compliments my veins. 😂😂
The drool down the scrubs though...😂
"Let's do this" 😂😂😂😂
When I was in nursing school, I was the human pin cushion for the other students to practice on because of my epic veins. And they're still going strong. You can hit those suckers from across the room. I wish more patients were such an easy stick.
Every nurse's dream 😂😂😂
WAHBAM!!!! "Ah, Daddy!"
This video is the only thing making me weak 🤣😂
a friend of mine is training to become a nurse and a few weeks ago, when we finally saw each other again for the first time in almost half a year, one of the first things she said to be was "omg, look at your veins, they are AMAZING" - I'm still not over it😭😂
