Creating a Classic Mummy - 1/6 Scale Figure Custom Project (DIY)

Is it possible to make a 1/6 scale classic Mummy figure?!
Inspired by movie classics such as Universal's The Mummy with Boris Karloff and Hammer's Mummy with Christopher Lee, I decided to use one of my spare bodies for the project.
Besides the body, I must say that the budget is very low, so it's a very affordable custom project, and you don't even have to use a high quality body - even a broken one might do.
