Next, I moved on down here and caught the next Pacific Surfliner. Here we see it with a rare instance of a P42 leading!
This is a fairly boring crossing, being a typical MetroLink install. WCH Type 2 and General Signals Type 2 e-bells are present here. Honestly, the bells are a bit excessive for the size of this crossing. Safetran lights and gate mechanisms make up the rest of the equipment here.
Many idiots can also be seen dashing across the tracks.
Splendid catch! The horn sounded really strange unless those are wayside horns I'm hearing.
Its wayside horns. Glad they did not use the fake ones.
Lots of bells and great view. Good catch!
Heh Like The Steam Engine Wayside Horn!
Track Suit Mom did the Right Thing here to teach her daughter. Would she have been so conscientious on her own?
Unlucky GS e-bells... :(
If only that horn sound would be the permanent sound for wayside horns. It sounds much better than those shitty synthesized horn sounds.
Great video! The GS e-bells must've died at this crossing, since both were since replaced with more WCH e-bells.
It seems like one or both are dead in this video.
Beach side, hell yeah!
if you restarted the end part over and over, you can hear a girl saying "goodbye twain!"
Nice catch. Lol
Great video!
Thank you, AC's Trains!
Nice video and catch!
Ugh that wayside horn sounds terrible
At least it's better than that crappy one.
It is not good, but at least it is better than no horn at all!
Very fake and sad that they have to add it to convince people.
Good news, trains can now sound their horns at this crossing again.
@@ACs_Trains Like they should have all along, with it being a private crossing.
They don't need 4 bells for a pedestrian crossing, one mechanical bell and it's good enough.
I agree
Oh god, one of the most overrated SoCal spots. Nice crossing tho!
Not wrong, lol. STL also has those kinds of spots such as Newstead Avenue.
Great video!
