Hello friends, how are you today?
Our simple everyday life vlog. Made a video of what I eat in a day. Most of the meals I prepare daily are simple.
Made sourdough toast with grilled tomatoes and feta cheese for breakfast, matcha affogato, Vietnamese summer rolls for lunch, baked chocolate chips cookies and made grilled chicken with chimichurri sauce for dinner with new potatoes and veggies.

Summer rolls dipping sauce recipe:
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1-2 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp shreddd carrots

I just found your UA-cam channel and I absolutely love it! I’ve started watching your videos every night and I find them so relaxing. I also love that you normalize eating sweet treats in moderation❤ I have a question about the cookies, and they look so delicious, you said you cook them at 175°? I’m just wondering if the ovens are different in Finland because in the US I’ve never cooked something at that temperature. I just wouldn’t want to make the batter and then spoil them by cooking them incorrectly. Thanks in advance :-)
It's 175 Celsius. Equals to 350 Fahrenheit in the US

We don't really eat a lot of sweets, only once a week and we eat small portions as well. Walking and exercise aslo helps a lot. :)
