    This is what Guidara has dubbed “Unreasonable Hospitality,” which is also the title of his bestselling book. In conversation with Ken Shropshire, Senior Advisor to the Dean for Wharton's Coalition for Equity and Opportunity, he says that doing more when others do less, connecting with customers and constituents, is the way to make everyone feel they are being served.
