It can be bought in a variety of standard widths (1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4") or it can be cut to custom widths with a rubber stripper. Wider rubber weighs more per unit of length. Wider rubber takes fewer turns per unit of length.
Well done Bill you seem to have got some good air time with those cheap plains I never have but I dont know a lot about trimming either .
I really want to see if I can get one to fly Out of Site. I am using 1/8* Tan II rubber with 800 turns.
Good luck with that Bill dose the thickness of the rubber effect the wait of the plane or the amount of turns you can get out of it.
