This is very overpriced: $892/sqft. There are some other houses in the area asking about the same amount per sqft but they are on nicer/bigger lots. Lots of homes in that area around 500-600ish per sqft. $4 mil is probably what this thing will sale for, unless the quality of the house is better than it looked. Looking at brand new homes sold during the last year, looks like $650/sqft was the max. And that house had a HUGE unfinished basement and a nice home theater.
Beautiful home. I have realized by watching many of your videos, I don't like the waterfall edges on the island. The room sizes and pantry are wonderful.
Hi, Timothy, I think the style of the front door with that peak is "baroque". (The person in the comments said the door was arabesque, I think that is part of the baroque esthetic.) Christian churches in the middle east had them and it became fashionable throughout Europe in the Middle ages, post Crusades era, if I remember correctly. It looks like the designers continued the style with some of the other fixtures. The bathtub in the 3rd ensuite of the 2nd floor, is awfully small for such a large bathroom footprint. That said, I like a lot of the features in this house. Thank you for showcasing it. 😊
I like the office, wish the windows went from the floor to the ceiling though. I don't think this house is worth what they are asking. IMO it's maybe worth 2.7 or 2.8 nice video though. My bad just noticed the Wolf appliances so the value of this home is now about 3.5 😂
I've toured this home in my home search, a beautiful home but overpriced. I found that a lot here in Nashville. Some of these homes are beautiful but what their asking for them is crazy.
I mean, it’s nice, and it’s nice to see a fenced in back yard… but you really have to be short of a few brain cells to pay that much money, for what is essentially an oversized cookie cutter house! If I’m forking out that much money, I’m looking for at least 50 acres, a huge pool, a gym and all the mod cons. Oh and NO near by neighbours 😂
The entrance looked good but when you turned around ... the foyer wasn't too grand . So , I don't like the living room that has a door on one side and a shelf on the other .The kitchen range hood and stove is off center . The master deserves a fireplace . And , not a big fan of the upstairs rec room concept. Still its alright ...for around 1.6m that is....Nashville
From the rest of the style of the house, I’d go with Western European over Arabic roots for the architecture of the door and call it a Gothic arch over arabesque.
Everyone is wondering why it's so expensive. Obviously, it's because of the thought put into designing something truly unique instead of the great big blob of a room with kitchen, dining and living spaces. Oh wait. Well, I'm stumped, too.
While this house is lovely, what is the point of all of the bedrooms, movie rooms, humungous bathrooms, etc? Do today's families need that much space which has to be furnished, heated/cooled, and cleaned? The pool is not designed for "swimming", you couldn't do laps in it, and the backyard is not landscaped at all! Definitely not worth $6 million.
If its point rose up to a vertical (like you took an “S” but bent its two curves so they were both vertical), it’d be an ogee. It’s a Gothic arch. Gothic architecture would commonly encase a Gothic arch with an ogee arch trim that would rise up to a vertical point to allow for extra design work in the space between the door top and the extended points of the s-bends.
It's his signature look. Amateur Pro Tip: wearing the same outfit or multiple of the identical outfit makes re-shoots / edits a heck of a lot easier. 😅
Not worth 6million... Neighbors too close.. small pool.. That bed room/bath rm near the kitchen needs a wide hall way..too close to kitchen...kit island too small. sink to close eating .
Angry person, looks nothing like a Mosque, FBI won’t be able to get in, too full, unlike yr pagan statue filled churches😂 that are empty, all day, every day, you pray to a statue that you made with your on hands in your own image😂 logic is out the window
SIX MILLION ..... ONE HUNDRED, NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ! ! ! ...... For THAT ? ..... Are you out of your minds ? ? ?
lol. Welcome to Nashville! Where a medium style house costs over half a billion!
This is very overpriced: $892/sqft. There are some other houses in the area asking about the same amount per sqft but they are on nicer/bigger lots. And in Tennessee no less!
Not worthy that in just a lot of space only in circulation with no good living spaces
I couldn't get past the old-school light switches.
In a house for over $ 6 million I would expect a masonry fireplace built on site, instead of a prefab firebox.
I appreciate when you let us know what time of day you are visiting the homes, so we can get a sense of what direction the daylight is coming from.
I love everything about it. 😊
My favorite of 2025.
I miss the floorplans as you walk in the front door…
For $6 million with this dated low ceiling, walled-living room. You can keep it since you like the style.
Beautiful home. I have realized by watching many of your videos, I don't like the waterfall edges on the island. The room sizes and pantry are wonderful.
Gorgeous home, but not for 6 million!
The “To Tour” list. Nice! 😁
It’s a gorgeous home!Love everything about it!Wish I could afford something like this!😂
Oh my goodness, another perfect home! Love it💖
Cottages are usually smaller and more compartmentalized. The living room is huge but no wall space for certain pieces of furniture
SIX MILLION ??!!!! I live in Nashville No Way
Hey Timothy. Love you videos. I think that door's shape/design is arabesque.
I believe the door shape is Arabesque. The windows are not "French windows." They're called casement windows (windows that crank open).

TIMOTHY?? VERY NICE HOME, BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE!! BUT YOUR 1ST ONE, THE MEGA MANSION IS STILL AT THE TOP FOR MYSELF!! BUT THIS IS BEAUTIFUL TOO!! 😊
Hey farmer Tim, my wife said she wanted to see the baby goats and highland cows.
Bishop arch door?
I love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. Still, it's way too expensive for me.
Interesting 🎉
I think I'd call the front door a Tudor style
I like this one. It is very pretty. Too much money though. But if you can afford it, good for you.
Gothic / Cathedral front door.
Small (front door).
I've toured this home in my home search, a beautiful home but overpriced. I found that a lot here in Nashville. Some of these homes are beautiful but what their asking for them is crazy.
It’s a Tudor style door I’d call the house a modern Tudor style house… modern English arts and craft style
This has turned into the channel of unattainable houses

I've seen this house before. Must have been on another channel.
Why on Earth would you want a primary suite on the ground floor?
Why do they always have to paint the bricks? They need to leave them natural. They're prettier that way!
The front door is arabesque style...
From the rest of the style of the house, I’d go with Western European over Arabic roots for the architecture of the door and call it a Gothic arch over arabesque.
@EAS76 Gothic would have a moat and drawbridge, lol. 😉
Persian ❤
Every house gets more and more expensive. Where are the affordable houses you us to tour?
Everyone is wondering why it's so expensive. Obviously, it's because of the thought put into designing something truly unique instead of the great big blob of a room with kitchen, dining and living spaces. Oh wait. Well, I'm stumped, too.
It's a "Pointy Door", Tim. ;)
Good lord!
Taj mahal door

What is the electrical code for this jurisdiction? The electrical code should be 16” to the top of the outlet!
The front door style is called Ogee I believe.

@@EAS76 thank you for the explanation, amazing how tiny details make a difference.
👍
Does he wear the same plaid shirt for each video???
It's his signature look. Amateur Pro Tip: wearing the same outfit or multiple of the identical outfit makes re-shoots / edits a heck of a lot easier. 😅
Yep, he used to wear other shirts but I was also thinking the ease of edits. Just don’t ever wear that while eating, Timothy! 😊
Very outdated design. Nothing interesting. Doesn't look expensive.
Thick its Neo Gothic Front door.... I think that is right era.... LOL
It’s not neo-Gothic, it’s more of middle-eastern inspiration
painted white with black windows, how 2022
Not worth 6million... Neighbors too close.. small pool.. That bed room/bath rm near the kitchen needs a wide hall way..too close to kitchen...kit island too small. sink to close eating .
Seems Tennessee is just like California and New York, way over priced
first
It looks like the entrance to a mosque, send the FBI.
