Next to the dead vibes that the island is giving off, the main reason Ibiza resorts are closed in winter is to depress room supply in the Balearic market, so they can charge higher rates in Mallorca in winter while not having to staff the Ibiza hotels. It's all the same resort chains, anyway. They also recoup the losses by charging exorbitant room rates in Ibiza during summer, which will sell out.
in spain if its a swing door elevator and spring like doors its at least 20yo, and a heads up, there are some enor elevators that actually have a fixture in the top that perfectly matches the top of the elevator, so keep an eye out on them so you dont get crushed
