Yes I have it. Have had it for 3 years now. I just want my old life back ugh.

I know exactly how this feels. I was diagnosed with agoraphobia about 14 years ago. I couldn't leave the house, didn't want to talk to anyone and was always just couped up in the house. Literally feels like the whole world wants you dead, migraines, anxious, constant nervous breakdowns. People tell you you need to get over it and grow up. You're all by yourself. Luckily I got myself 90 percent out of it so far. I still feel uncomfortable around people and large crowds and don't talk to people unless they talk to me. Its not a good thing to have. I feel yah!

How'd you find a way to help with it?
Literally had to force myself out into the public. I joined the local volunteer fire department that had a gym and started working out 6 days a week. I literally forced myself to do things. It was extremely hard and at times still are. Just yesterday my wife's friend had a bday party for her daughter. My wife took 2 if my kids with her and I moved some stuff to my new house with my other 2 kids. I didn't feel comfortable going and she understands. But literally, just have to force yourself and overcome it. Believe me, I know it's hard!

Forcing myself out into the public dangerous world.
It's always hard for me to go.
Panic attacks over just the thought of going out into the public world where are eyes are free to judge me.

As someone who has battled depression and constant anxiety, whos been living the adult part of my life with ASD(Autism) with a diagnosis of Agoraphobia i can safely say this song is not offensive if you actually listen to the fucking lyrics and the emotions they put into the words. i seriously vibe with this and appreciate the message because so little people understand the feeling of being trapped inside your own life.

@Choco Milk-Wiz you and I are in the exact same place. I’ve been with my partner for 5yrs and we had to move in with her mother and two other children 3yrs ago. I was always calm, patient and happy. Now I’m anxious, snap quickly and smiling is just a mask. I’ve spoken to everyone about how we feel and we just get blown off. It’s such a toxic environment and the thing is we’ve been trying to move out and we can’t find a place. Every time we save up something happens and we got to cut into savings. We are ready to move forward in our relationship but we definitely don’t want to have a child while living here. It’s just so toxic.
Our relationship is slowly crumbling away yet we love each other so much. Having no privacy is a killer. I just don’t know what’s going to happen next. So I really feel for you.

I was 14 diagnosed with agoraphobia, and other mental illness. It made me live a certain way. With medication I was able to get out and have fun. I even had 3 kids. This was years ago. Since 2017 I have been going down hill. I know why and feel I have missed out on living a full life with purpose. Many things I will never ever do. It's upsetting but I am so use to it. I'm 47 and things have never been so bad. I stay in my room,go shopping if needed to. If I feel trapped I freak out. It can be a large area doesn't have to be a small space. Unfortunately my safe person is my ex I hate that. I am dealing with this overwhelming feeling of hatred and disgust with myself. I'm pissed that I'm unattractive. I cry a lot . To know you will never touch,kiss or hug another person is heartbreaking. I crave it but I'm scared of it too. I sit and live in a toxic place watching the world go by. Mental illness destroyed my life and who I was suppose to be. I wish I was given therapy instead of pills. Can't go back only forward and it scares the shit out of me. I feel like I'm going to die soon or something really bad is going to happen. I'm in constant in s state of worry and fear. I long for a friend but sadly that won't happen. I feel like I'm just in line waiting for death to take me away. I will be this way until my last breath.. I get really freaked out and hysterical because I see me aging and my body looks like shit and dumpy . I hate feeling so gross but I can't help it. From now on I have to be ugly and that makes me feel like shit

I’ve probably listened this song 100 times man, I’ve been eating xannies like candy since I was 14 I’m 22 now with 162 days sober your guys music REALLY does help. I started listening to Colicche then found everyone else I’m just grateful to be alive to be honest. Quarantine year was crazy as hell for me maybe it was for the best though.
