Hey Jen! Hope you are doing well, I cannot complain, things are going pretty nicely. I am so excited for Spring! Is it getting warmer across the ocean where you live, or are you entering into a different season? That scarf is what inspired this video, I wanted to make a simple lace knitted scarf with just a quick repeat pattern from a knit stitch website, nothing fancy. When I finished it, it didn't look nice at all, so I did lots of research and blocked it, and it turned out beautifully! I hope you are doing good as well! @@RayneFiberArts Hi Rayne! I'm doing ok.I'm glad you're doing nicely too. Your Scarf is beautiful 😍. Yeah lace usually dies need blocking, too get the pattern as it should be. . Yeah I can't wait for Spring either. We're in the same seasons, although you wouldn't think so here as its still cold. Temperatures are still freezing at night. Only just above zero during the day. I'll be glad when its warm enough for me to be able to have a nice day out shopping. But as long as I've got my Fibres and UA-cam for company I don't mind not being able to get out at the moment. Have you tried dr. bronners? I dunno why but when i wash to block and use dr bronners my knits end up softer.
