And that's because its a lot of Apartments on those streets. If you dont live in those apartments its not bad at all. Its BIG houses around those apartments. Like big big, they go to Lake Highlands high school which is a big ass white school or they go to berkner which another white school. That area of North Dallas is so nice they send the kids to Richardson ISD schools. They not even apart of Dallas ISD.

There is even a project tower (13 stories high) that is still up in North Oakcliff which is the Hispanic side. Dallas knocked down ALOT of its projects but some still exist till this day. Oakcliff is Gigantic and it’s clear you haven’t been to the trenches…Denley, Glendale, Alta Mesa, BFL, Fruitdale, 22 Beckley, Corinth & Morrell along with other hoods like Woodtown and Singing Hills
