London-based, American-born rapper and singer Ashnikko makes genre-bending hip-hop and electronic pop, marked by her hyper-stylized, anime- and video game-influenced persona. yes! mixed with some folklore and even reminds me of Alien/War of the Worlds. i love how much of her nerdy tastes are put in her music. shit, this girl even had hatsune miku hop on a song. i wish i had a nerdy bad bitch like ashnikko to listen to when i was growing up, i wouldnt have felt so ashamed in my tastes lol!
