I didnt mean it as a insult, just wondering if you will always need the game to play songs, like in tablature you practice notes at a time, this is more of play the notes when they come on screen
Like anything else, repetition is the key to learning so if you want to learn the song you'll play it over and over until it becomes muscle memory/ingrained in your mind.
You chugging away to the song while simultaneously stroking the cat is probably the most metal thing I have ever seen, I love it.
