Ya definitely could. It's designed to take hits for your face (it's got a pretty big combined hp pool of 16 to tank a lotta damage) regardless of whether it heals you when your face is hit or if the opponent wastes an attack smacking the saint. Usually a good idea to just get rid of the saint through rush followers or better yet, 'destroy'/'banish' effects so your storm/burn in the late game can go face but 16 hp is alot to chew through without the proper cards and can cost you a lot of tempo if you try brute force trading into the saint.

Actually you just need to draw GoC before turn 6. It always get pop by Lion in the end

But then I might not get the 4 heal. Keeping it healthy discourage them from attacking with 4+ attack for at least 2 hit
