Thanks, Daniel. I've had mine for a while now. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve, especially for lefties! Some of the buttons don't favor us. I hoped they would come out with a left-handed version, like a shutter button on the camera's left side. LOL!

(a little bit out of topic 😅😅😅 …. how to use the sekonic 858 with profoto strobes?… I saw all your videos but I don’t understand one crucial thing… I have to buy a second profoto controller to test fire for the sekonic and trigger the profoto controller mounted on-camera to adjust the power of the strobes? thanks a lot for all your videos… it’s always a plasure to follow your content ☀️☀️☀️)

You could just take the controller off your shoe mount when you want to use the meter - that’s typically what I do.

Lite can definitely work for video editing.

Have you tried Loupedeck? It’s also customizable, and it has a screen grid where you can create a lot of layouts and visually see what you’ve mapped to the grid. I started using it because, after years of working exclusively on a Mac, I had to work a few onsite retouching jobs where I had to edit a lot of portraits extremely quickly on a PC. The Loupedeck allowed me to map my own shortcuts and actions to a device that I could familiarize myself with and bring with me to the job, beyond the Wacom tablet buttons. I’d be curious to see how the Tourbox and Loupedeck compare.

I’m not familiar with Loupedeck so I can’t do a direct comparison, but looking at it and reading what you have written I’d say TourBox seems to have better ergonomics and goes beyond keyboard shortcuts with some of the custom functionality. You can definitely move the TourBox from machine to machine- they would each need the TourBox console installed and importing/exporting presets is really fast and easy. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more thoughts or questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.
