It is great that someone has come forward to make them locally in India, which answers my long-time question, "why doesn't someone makes them in India?" A local kitchen equipment manufacturing industry can fill the gap to generate lot of employment in this long-ignored sector, instead of every one just chasing IAS, IPS, IIT, etc.

One basic query: sink located next to deep fryer. What if few drops of water spilling in hot oil? No fire extinguisher visitble, accessible seen inside. If parked on road, no sun shade or rain protection for the main open couter, considering its used outside in Indian weather and monsoon. As a concept its ok, looks clean and attractive but it has a huge scope of improvement in safety, Indian weather.
