What part of the world are you in? We live in Texas & had regular catfish in a outdoor dug acre pond. We fed the for at least 11 years & a fun pet. They were all sizes about 29 a foot long or more. So fun to watch large mouths scoop up floating food. Texas otters came and wiped everyone of them up. First year ever to see them. I just wonder if any critters come to get your fish?
Sheesh that sucks. I am in California. The only things in my area are racoons and herons and egrets. Racoons I've had no issues with but have lost some to the birds. I have fishing line above the pond which seems to do the trick in keeping the birds away.
@@vonponics - that’s funny because California is where I first saw & fell in love with otter lying on their backs, eating or playing with their babies. I loved it when I first saw one here, though I Never heard anyone talk about any in Texas.
Very nice
