I think this Dawa Lhamo was in the Kunphen rehabilitation for alcoholism a few years back. I've seen her walking drunk in the lanes of Majnukatilla.and coming for free lunch at the Cancer Society . Hope her behavior has improved now otherwise it's a shame for our society!!!
