- Here is a fallen lamp post which also had a traffic light set attached to it. This was seen in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue which is located in Montreal, Canada.
I dedicate this video to @TheTrafficTech aka Kyle Miller, Nova Scotia's traffic signal inspector and an avid traffic light collector.
Be sure to check out his channel!
This video was filmed in September of 2024.
😃🙂😀👍
No Left Turn from 4pm - 7pm on weekdays? I wonder why?
Something to do with rush hour traffic I think. I read something about it.
Here is the news story from 2018 when it went into effect. globalnews.ca/news/4350370/no-lefts-allowed-new-configuration-at-sainte-anne-de-bellevue-intersection/
What street was it? (intersection)
It's at the intersection of des Anciens-Combattants et rue Demers and just facing straight sideways across from that corner where the lamppost was found is the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue commuter train station!!!
Yes this is at the intersection of des Anciens-Combattants et rue Demers
@@SkyOfTheUniverse oh ok thx
@@nataliakleimenov9973 thx! :)
Someone probably thing that he is free to smash a pole because there isn’t enough space. LOL
Good one
Beep! Beep! Move over! It’s my green light now!
Good one!
Probably someone trying to steal the copper inside or whatever else they can steal
It does not appear that it came from that little patch of dirt at the base.
Yes that is a real possibility indeed
Glad you found the base at the end! A few hints to the location of that signal were the yellow & black clearance marker sign (the side the black markers slope down to is the side traffic is supposed to pass on), and the double headed street lamps, which normally are used in the middle of streets, not to the side (although there are exceptions to this out there).
@@toddoddity3976 oh yeah some great hints
@toddoddity3976 thanks! Apparently it's still on its side today
@@SkyOfTheUniverse I’ve noticed they’re VERY slow to replace the signals along there. A light gets knocked down around me in Ontario, a crew is replacing it within hours. A light gets knocked down in Ste. Anne’s and it’s weeks before anyone shows up. Weird.
Dang Must have been either a car crash or a massive storm
Yeah most likely it was impacted by a vehicle!
Poor traffic light 😔
Yeah lol
@@SkyOfTheUniverse I fell bad for that traffic light 😭😭😭😭
Me too 😢
Larry!
It's always Larry!
Those are some salvageable metal parts
Yeah for real!
