I need help, I did everything on Tuesday. I verified my account and I enabled live streaming. But when I go to live streaming it just says "24 hours activation." Keep in mind that I enabled everything on Tuesday.

YT live Stream is still way behind in tech. Need much stream lining for smooth functionality, esp wrt multiple guests on pc and so on. At times processing time is lagging much, wch hampers the video performance too..
The only problem is you need to have 50 subs to go live. I only have 5 and want to know the best way to get more while playing outdated and only somewhat relevant games such as Gears of War or Doom.

Yes, that's why some switch to twitch and say "come join me on twitch" on UA-cam.

It makes no sense to wait 24 to start your first streaming. If the account is already verified, what is the purpose to wait. Specially when you have an schedule and youtube makes no ads to let you that you have to wait. I thought that 8 hours before the event should have been enough to verify the streaming.
I love live streaming to connect with my wonderful community. It's a ton of fun and I've met great friends!

All those start up youtube channels - It is tough to start & be a consistent content creator in youtube. And tougher to continue being a creator when the reach is not as expected. And the toughest to monetize the channel and sustain the status. But in the end, it is all worth it, once achieved. What comes quickly will go away quickly. Even though I meet all the criteria to be able to go live on my channel, I keep getting this message: "Your channel does not meet the new eligibility criteria..."
1- I have more than 50 subscribers
2- I have not been subject to any restrictions
3- My channel is validated
4- I have a device equipped with Android 5.0 or more

It would be nice to live stream from a mobile phone without having to have 1000 subscribers. Not sure why that is factor for live streaming? When streaming outdoors, we can't always lug around a laptop to stream from.

Hello, I have another youtube channel and it says I'm verified to livestream in the sittings but when I go to Live Stream it says I have to wait 24 hours...it's been like that for a few days. What should I do? Thank you.

Hallo, ich streame im Moment eher mehr auf Twitch.
Aber eigentlich würde ich gern hier Streamen.
Das Problem was ich habe ist aber, ich muss leider aus Covid-Gründen mich mit einem PC zufrieden stellen.
Wer das kennt, weiß auch das dies viele Ressourcen kostet.
Die Leistung ist auf Twitch gegeben, sicherlich dann nur auf eine Auflösung z.b. von 720p oder 1080p.
Hier werden gleich mehrere Auflösung angesprochen und dann fällt mal eben von z.b. 100 FPs auf ca. 20 FPs.
Gibt es eine Lösung um hier zu streamen und das nur mit einem PC ohne das man soviel Leistung verliert.
Denn ehrlich würde ich gerne hier auf UA-cam mein Content bringen.

check every day, you don't need to be on the same screen and if nothing changes for a week, contact support

I went to the live streaming enabling place. There is no button, no anything to click. The only button says "Learn More". And it takes me to a tutorial page. What do I do? Just wait for 24 hours? Does it just enable on its own after 24 hours? And if I leave or refresh the page, does the timer reset?

Hello mam, i got community guideline strike, now it has been more than 90 days. Will i get back my live stream or is it permanently blocked!!
UA-cam needs a feature where the video doesn’t automatically switch to “Auto” and instead switches to your previously selected option. Auto tends to actually make it worse as it is constantly trying to find the best option and having to load that in- cutting off the already loaded video.

Do also keep in mind, if i recall UA-cam announced that to save bandwith for the rest of the world they will auto to 480p during the Covid Pandemic as everyone being home streaming on youtube cause quite a bit of traffic on the internet that everyone is relying on for working at home etc
