However when I lost the safety clip(it broke off while trying to remove), found it difficult to get a replacement . There is no proper contact for calling and enquiring. The WhatsApp automated number takes you into loops. And there’s no email response from their support team. I’ve now glued the device to the holder lest it falls off!!!

The problem at higher speeds is that the mic does not cancel the wind noise and constantly picks it up and lowers music volume. They have not fixed this big issue for over a year even after I have mentioned it to their team. So for long distance touring with two or more riders it's fails as a good comm unit.

This was made for viewing on mobile device vertical orientation. Please manage and perhaps this vertical videos are likely the way ahead. So I suggest you consider getting used to it.
I would love to buy a made in india intercom but i use sena (which is brilliant) as all the friends that i ride with use sena and the intercoms will need the other person to use sena as well
I have been using this for last 6 months. The sound quality and battery back up is good. But it is bulky and the wire stuck below the helmet intrudes when we place the helmet down, wire may worn out soon. Worth for 10.5k.
It's probably a great device with good features. But i hope you don't get a defective device in your purchase. I bought brand new but had to return because of a charging issue. They sent a used dirty device as a replacement which has a speaker problem, works only on one side. It's pointless buying it new. Had to return it again and delay my road trip. They make you wait for 2 weeks. This just kills all the excitement.
Waiting for scram 400 and h450 comparison video. Just one question in which bike do u feel more buzz at 90-120 range? Itll would be very helpful for me le to know. Because i tool several test rides of h450 and scram 400x as u know re test ride bike will not be maintained well. As an owner you can answer the question.
@@bigbearbangalore so both has same amount of buzz at the same parts of bike like near fuel tank where we grip with thighs and on foot pecks and on handle bar?

Yes. And it all starts with the first. Same scenario several years ago when we only had Scala and then Sena made it's entry.

Both have a buzz at those speeds. Nothing bothersome.
