Basically, say your recommended calorie intake was 2500 calories a day, and you ate 2000 a day, you are missing out on 3500 calories a week, which I think is equal to 1lb of fat. Obviously eat healthy options, but you can work around your favourite foods this way! And secondly, cardio does not burn fat, it burns calories. I did an 8k and my running app said I burnt 850 calories. Which coming back to the calorie deficit, say I ate 2000 and my recommendation was 2500, that means I have basically had 1150 calories that day. Now with this you can eat more food if you want, or leave it and your fat loss journey will happen quicker. But DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!! Eat round 200-800 calories at max in a deficit, as Johnny said you need energy or your body will go into survival mode. Hope this helped!

Guys never do the bro split, that’s awful advice. Either do a full body 3x a week, or a push pull legs. You need to be hitting each muscle group 2x per week if you want to grow.

Being single helps you stay focused, be healthy, not going through unnecessary pain caused by your girlfriend or boyfriend ect you also get used to your own company because what are you doing to do when your an elder a day your loved one died? Single is 100% better unless it’s a healthy happy non toxic social media free life which is really rare now

Full body workouts with heavy compond lifts like sqauts bench and deadlift with rows and pull ups will add muccel faster than anything else
