For someone that is a player personnel coach doesn't have the best track record with outside of Boston. He has always been given Championship teams but has he even made a Conference Championship since Boston? With the Lob City Clippers he said that they weren't a championship caliber team upon hindsight, With the Kawhi and PG clippers that were supposed to THE team in LA lost a 3-1 lead, with the sixers they were supposed to be championship ready roster and lost to the hawks and blamed Ben Simmons, then lost with the Celtics and blamed Harden...
