I cared for my dad with dementia until his passing. It was so traumatic for me I sank into a very deep depression to the point I thought I couldn’t continue living anymore. I was rescued by an intervention from my children. I couldn’t leave my house for anything. I couldn’t imagine getting dressed up and going to the theater and smile. I know an everyone is different. The only thing I can do is put myself in her position. Tell the closest person to me (my daughter) I was ready to self delete, then go to a public event and smile. I couldn’t even get out of bed! My thinking at the time, I wouldn’t tell anyone for fear they would talk me out of it. To me her whole story was just an act in a play!
To me it was an ambush by Jane Pauley who took control and steered the interview the way she wanted it. I think Meghan was extremely upset at not being in charge. No matter what he did growing up, his beloved Papa babied him and let him away with it. Even William protected him, although I will say, the only person in that family who ever held Harry to account even a little bit was William. He tried, but he was up against everyone else covering for Harry.
I'm appalled at the audacity of her pretending to relate to these parents that have suffered such tragic loss.

I think the "suicidal" incident happened on the day at Birkenhead. On that day , the moonbump slipped and it was very obvious and caught on camera. So she collapsed on the floor with all the ensuing melo - drama.

Anyone in a relationship with a narcissist has compromised their independent self will and critical thinking. Harry has major issues but he lost every piece of himself in her grip. Megan has to fake empathy. She must try to figure out genuine emotions because she has none. That’s why this interview was very strange and awkward. And above all, Megan must make everything about herself. Also, I do believe narcissistic people are attached to darkness and diabolical energy. I believe there’s a spiritual side to this. To break free from a narcissist requires a lot of work, distance and ultimately surrendering to God. The ultimate healing is spiritual. Harry is in a soul battle and he is losing. In some cases, he has already lost. I hold him accountable for his terrible actions but also recognize what narcissistic people do to their partners. She was called a demon by people who worked with her. Harry is quite literally oppressed by the demonic. There’s no other way to describe her behavior. Hopefully he is starting to wake up. If he is using drugs to cope, that’s additional oppression.

I cared for my dad with dementia until his passing. It was so traumatic for me I sank into a very deep depression to the point I thought I couldn’t continue living anymore. I was rescued by an intervention from my children. I couldn’t leave my house for anything. I couldn’t imagine getting dressed up and going to the theater and smile. I know an everyone is different. The only thing I can do is put myself in her position. Tell the closest person to me (my daughter) I was ready to self delete, then go to a public event and smile. I couldn’t even get out of bed! My thinking at the time, I wouldn’t tell anyone for fear they would talk me out of it. To me her whole story was just an act in a play!
I hope you're doing better now, and thank goodness for your daughter's intervention and support.
To me it was an ambush by Jane Pauley who took control and steered the interview the way she wanted it. I think Meghan was extremely upset at not being in charge. Re the fan incident in Colombia: someone had just asked Meghan a question in Spanish, and clearly expected her to answer in Spanish (since she has said she was fluent). To avoid exposing that she is not, in fact, fluent, she jumped up and started fiddling with the fan. By the time she sat down the moment had passed.
oh, didn't know that - thanks for giving the context. it was certainly rude of her to get up in the middle of the panel discussion and walk in front of all the other women to adjust the fan then simper and prance her way back to her chair.

They are so insulting to the parents who are going through excruciating grief neither one has experienced. Diana died in a car accident. He has had many many years to come to terms with that loss. Harry has not been the parent of a child who un-alived themselves either due to drugs or online bullying. And the idea that grieving parents could not find each other and provide support and consolation to one another without the Sussex's self-serving intervention is just ludicrous. Grief Grifters showing up to the Tragedy Table !!!
