Funnily enough the actual cgi gauntlet model in the movie didn’t allow for finger snapping. So if you watch close the 3D model actually has to clip through itself when Thanos snaps his finger. So it’s funny then how this model mechanically doesn’t allow for that either.
The contrast between the tan and gold really hurts the infinity gauntlet and in my opinion almost makes it look unfinished. On the other hand I think they nailed the colors with the nano gauntlet and it just ends being more pleasing to look at.
Man I wished I didn't buy the infinity gauntlet and waited for the nano gantlet. I think this one looks way better in color and looks a lot more sturdy.
I think I prefer the nano gauntlet to the infinity gauntlet because the infinity gauntlet has to much bulk and shine and in some cases it's good but I think it gets to much for one build. Anyways great review ☺️
Not being able to make a full fist reminds me of the physical therapy I had after a car crash last year to train the muscles in my hand to close into a fist again. Had the same range as the nano gauntlet
I have both the gauntlets and notice a lot of improvements design wise. But personally I don't think it would look as close as the one in the movie. Sure it'll definitely look nice but the Nano Gauntlet and Infinity Gauntlet worn by Thanos in the movie has a completely different design between the two, so probably won't look close
Only reason I bought both Gauntlets at the same time was the guy at the store sold me on using them as book ends on a shelf. The Nano Gauntlet does look better over all, but the Infinity Gauntlet does have better fingers
Hey Jang do you still have your Bionicle mocs? I'm just starting to get back Into them and bought a 2008 Takanuva today! Excited to build it I never owned him when I was younger!
The infinity gauntlet worked with all that shiny gold and somewhat intricate shaping, the nano gauntlet is too plain and barely make the snap pose work, that's pretty close to a fail for a display piece.
Good thorough review by Jang! But (in universe) the whole idea of a gauntlet "snap" doing something--anything-- is dumb to me. Especially Tony Stark would not do that. He'd build a Jeweled Computer Mouse and save the world with a click. P.S. How do the Stones know to do stuff when you snap? Silly. Also: Thanos is boring 'n' sux🤓
I don't speak for everyone, but what *i* like is that it's a nice, detailed model of the iconic movie item at a nice, small scale. The building techniques are interesting and it makes for a very nice display piece.
well, consider your options. hasbro has one gauntlet that's *probably* way too oversized for a decent amount of people who want a display one. compared to lego's version which is basically more space efficient which also looks good for display being a replica item
Another build where I would rather just buy a toy gauntlet that I can wear and move around easier. Even at $60 that I see it going for would be more of a parts pack. The gauntlet is okay but really not a fan of the how the stones look.
it’s a fluid build in my opinion, looks great but another time lego dips into a part of a universe people don’t really want as a set instead of something else.
30. You can't do anything with it, it just sits there. You can repurpose the parts of course, but then it's only 675 pieces. That's 10 cents per piece. 5 cents is acceptable, 10 cents is pure luxury.

The more consistent colour scheme is appealing.
I do appreciate that Lego came up with quite different designs for the two gauntlets.
Great review and comparison as always!
Didn’t realize how beautiful the infinity gauntlet is on camera despite the different shades
I’ve learned more about the movement of my own hand from this video than any other on the internet.

How tough do you think it would be to try to rebuild the golden one with these techniques? Would love to see how that looks!

looks cool! i don't know if i like it more than the original, but i like that it exists
I like the nano lrom man
Cool glove

Could you pls re-review the Apollo 11 lunar lander set? Looking to purchase it soon and I want to know if the price holds up by todays standards!
was legit wondering when it would come out forsale apparently it is already ... another item to the shopping cart
I guess the only thing left to do is a Peace Sign! ✌😉
is this the first time we've got that type of silver on studded parts?

I can’t be the only one who sees a face in the palm of the gauntlet, can I?
Is cool that Infinity is right and Nano is left, gains on display
Looks pretty but I do prefer the other one
I think, however, that a damaged version of this one would look really cool if possible

You know kids are just going to make the middle finger as soon as build it. 😆
i really don't understand what people like about these models. Good review nonetheless!
Me too, but I do like them just for introducing so many painted silver and gold recolours

agreed, these gauntlets are just plain ugly and stupid
I have the infinity gauntlet and it’s fun to play around with like a forget toy
Too bad about the fingers, that’s a shame!
Nice
I think it looks more like its in reality version than the infinity gauntlet with its IRL version

A lot of people wanna use just the middle finger, not wrong obviously 😂
But if I can afford it definitely gonna pose it with the metal sign 🤘
This is the kind of thing I think I would enjoy building, but really not willing to pay for it at market price (I hate being a broken record on that).
Not feeling the new glove compared to the gold glove
70 bucks plus tax? Hard freaking pass... nuh-uh, bub...
it’s a fluid build in my opinion, looks great but another time lego dips into a part of a universe people don’t really want as a set instead of something else.
$70 seems too steep for my taste, I wish it was $50, but beggars can’t be choosers

@@Krageesh price per piece literally means nothing
This set is pretty good but not a big fan
I just don't see the point in these Lego sets.
It's a little too big to be called "nano" in my opinion. Seems to me like false advertising 🤔
The Nano refers to Ironman's suit that used Nano technology
its called the nano gauntlet because it uses nano technology not because its a "small" gauntlet
It’s called the nano gauntlet because it’s made from nano tech in the movie, pretty ironic tho haha 😂
bruh it's the name of the actual gauntlet
Dad? Is that you?
