Tune your cars to make them to your liking. Tune for top speed or acceleration. Whatever you prefer Or just tune to make it overall better by changing the gear ratio and all that

That specific ford focus isn't made to be a rally car but for Ken block that's why you was slower in water and the straights. His car is meant for drifting not rally racing

tbh he didn´t even need to upgrade the engine on this focus, he just needed to bump the suspension up and tune the gears in the tuning menu
