IMO the difference for Haechan is that with 127 his mischief is looked at as more adorable and the way the 127 members get him back is a bit softer or more affectionate kinda like big siblings clowning on the youngest, whereas with Dream Haechan does mischief and the Dreamies get him back on equal levels lol more like classmates in the same year bickering. Either way for Haechan and Mark, the Dream members are NOT having the antics lol they have no mercy! I love it lol Whereas for 127 Mark and Haechan are their youngests and they're just so cute to them no matter what.
Haechan gets away with ALOT in 127. He's the typical Maknae on Top. His cleverness also gets him out of getting caught or in trouble. Also also, he has Taeil (the eldest member) and Johnny (the strongest member) backing him up so he's somewhat unstoppable (plays Haechan viral clip) in 127
Dreamies all grew up together. They know each better. They basically consider each other same-age friends which allows for more casual interactions. All this means they will attack each other with no mercy. As Doyoung said, Haechan's friends are scary

Dream to Haechan: You ain't get away with anything here.
127 to Mark: Baby we love you so much.
Dream to Mark: We love you, that's why we bully you.

Because Mark is the oldest and leader of Dream and Haechan is in the middle in Dream, they are definitely slightly more mature and responsible compared to being the 2 youngest members in 127! Lol

Thank you for reacting. I don't think they chose good clips for Haechan in 127 because he has more of a maknae on top energy in 127, so when the memebers finally get the chance to beat him it's like a huge win for them especially for Doyoung who is the the bullied victim in 127.
Dream is a special case because their all ruthless with each other, not just Mark or Haechan. They are close in age and practically grew up together since they were teens, so they have a best firend/sibling type of relationship. The one where you can constantly bash on each other, of course, there are members that are easily picked on then others. For example, Jeno, Jaemin, & Renjun are least picked on. for Jeno & Jaemin because of strength and for Renjun because he easily gets annoyed and doesn't hold back and they'd rather just not go there but most of the time the Dreamies gang up on one memeber for example here Mark was MCing so he was the main target but they all get their fare share of being the victim. Trust me, no one ever really wins in Dream.

Haechan is big brother in his family but this doesn't work with nct dream lol he is so confused
in 127 he is just do whatever he wants and brothers just let him do it. and i am here for it
Rather than Haechan gets teased in Dream it’s more like everyone in Dream gets teased lol
for me in 127, they sometimes tough on haechan but also let him be but for mark, they mostly just babying him. i think because mark is more to obedient type and haechan is more to rebel type (i mean they baby haechan too but in a different way). haechan always say to yuta, he's the real maknae not mark. and in one of the shows they appeared in, where they need to answer some quizzes about each others, i remember doyoung and taeyong let mark cut the line (because the game required them to make a queue as who is faster get to answer first) but taeyong said to haechan to stop playing because he got so much food already (if they get right for the quiz, they get to pick a random food). after seeing doyoung and taeyong let mark cut them, haechan complained because he got a different treatment lol. and i remember in one of nct's night night episodes(a radio show johnny and jaehyun used to hosted), they played a game where they need to pick one over another and one of the questions is "mark vs haechan", they both pick mark without hesitation 😭 (justiceforhaechan). (disclaimer: i know 127 loves haechan, it's just funny to see the difference sometimes). for dream, they both just got roasted everytime but dreamies babying each others so much is so cute 😂
@4:44 that was a Jungwoo, if theres a weird noise in an nct vid its Jungwoo, Mark or Jaemin 99% of the time

Except johnny(who enables haechan anyway) and maybe taeyong no one can really control haechan. Mark is also everyone's favourite baby boy in 127. In dream they try to act as the eldest and its a hit or miss. They are like a bunch of savage school besties. Haechan often says he feels very comfortable and like himself in 127(said it 3-4 times since last year) because he gets to do whatever he wants and hyungs dont care. 127home thats how mark and him describe it.
It’s not that no one in 127 cares what Haechan does, they also punish him and reward him for but they also said he’s not a typical maknae he’s super mature. Haechan has lived with 127 since debut while dream are more like his friends. He’s been through a lot with both but more so with 127 living and touring with them so he feels closer to 127 while dream especially 00 line are his best friends
