- Today, together we will walk through Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the most beautiful medieval town in Germany on snowy day. On the Romantic Road in Middle Franconia, Rothenburg ob der Tauber is one of those sweet old towns that doesn’t seem quite real at first glance. Walking in this town is like time travelling to the Medieval ages where everything looks same as it was centuries ago. To enter, you pass through a defensive system of more than 40 towers. An idyllic town of plush patrician houses and half-timbered dwellings with turrets, wooden bay windows, and red roof tiles. We will explore Rothenburg ob der Tauber on a winter snowy day by passing its main narrow street surrounded by half-timbered and we will see the main attractions in the town. It was really amazing to visit the town while covered with snow which increased its beauty and magic.

dadurch vermieden.

"natürliches und echtes" Video von
Rothenburg o.d.T. gesehen.

What gimbal are you using?
You don't seem to stand out with it. Not many people are looking at you. Or do you have the impression that many people are looking at you?
I'm German and think that Quedlingburg is even prettier. Plus there are fewer tourists there.
Interesting because I'm planning a trip next year and totally cannot decide which of the two to visit and basically use as my home base for a week or so. Very difficult choice and both aren't easy to access from airports either. 🤔
@@seanbowers3077 I personally would pick an interesting larger city like Leipzig. From there you could visit Quedlinburg, Dresden and Potsdam/Berlin using a €49 ticket. In the South both Nuremberg for a trip to Munich or Karlsruhe if you fancy going to Strasbourg and/or Cologne. Both would work pretty well for Rothenburg. Please tell me if you need more info.
In 5 minutes i saw 3 massive piles of trash open on the street, what is this. Why noone picked it and who is disposing trash like that ?
As part of the German recycle system, people put the plastic, polystyrene, aluminum, tinplate and composite materials in yellow bags and they put them at certain points and in specific day for every part of the town to be collected on that day. This is why you see piles of yellow bags at certain points in the city

Same is here in Croatia, but people put it night before, and comunal workers pick it before or during the sunrise. We have only night and morning shifts. Can not believe that we as a third world country have a good comunal service. Maybe it is only here because of the tourists, so we leave the good impression as a "functional" country haha
