Sometimes, i hink 🤔 if only Mana knew the history of Edinburgh & Glasgow, architecture(gothic in design), history(grave diggers & mair), an' subculture wise(glasgow goth kids), he might want te open a Moite shop in Scotland 😹 In Edinburgh, every winter, there's a gorjuss Christmas Market(German style, an' attracted the local lolita years ago, when the community was mair active), an' an ootdoor ice rink. Sadly, Edinburgh Jenner's closed, an' then the fire in the buildin'(a firefighter diet, puttin' oot the fire). It was an auld department store te be proud of, an' a massive part of wimmins fashion history, Victorian, i hink & Edwardian wise. Though, i heard that The Edinburgh Skincare Co., has their products in a Japanese department store. An', there's the Charles Rennie MacIntosh themed teahooses, i went te wan in Glasgow, in ma 20's(i'm now 37), an' it was lovely decor & furniture wise(perfect fir classic lolita, i guess). Aye, I'm in a "don't ask, don't get" mood. Bein' "a wee chancer". Also, "UK" etiquette wise 😸 "Don't talk with your mouth full.", I've never seen anywan rip apart a scone(should be cut apart with a knife), an' a butter knife should been supplied fir you 🙀 never butter a scone with a cake fork(i've never seen anywan dae that, before this video). Ye were like a certain Disney mermaid, in yer missusage of the cake fork 😹 Also, if you like tatties(potatoes), then, look up "tattie scones". No a scone in the english sense 😹 mair a flat potato hing, almost like a pancake, cut inte slices. Real pancakes, look up scottish pancakes or drop scones 🤔 their like mini pancakes, aboot palm sized, an' awfy cute. I guess sort of like wee dorayaki pancakes, yet, a wee bit different in texture. Point is, if ye can ever travel up beyond London, there's lots of interestin' places te visit, an' cuisine & local sweets & treats, in other parts of England(ive like there a few times, because i was raised a "Navybrat" until i was 14). I've heard Yorkshire, is nice. I heard there's a folk museum there. Then, in Shropshire, i hink, is the Blist Hills Victorian Town,,,which ive heard is like immersive time travel 😺 ye swap oot modern money, fir Victorian coinage. They hae hae almost everyhin' there, shop & traditional crafts wise. I wish The Gothic & Lolita Bible, had heard of it, an' could done a piece on it, before it stop't publication. I daydream of visitin' that livin' musuem, in ma most Victorian inspired lolita ootfit, an' pretendin' i step't oor The Doctor's T.A.R.D.I.S.(Doctor Who os now on Disney+, if ye want te try it. Ncuti Gatwa is adorable as the 15th Doctor, an' he looks great in any fashion).
