I’m the same way, I wear a 10.5 and slide 10 fits a little snug or exact and i have a little wiggle room in a size 11 slide but I have a wider foot. I would say 10 fits exact and 11 is a little big but would fit fine just depends on your preference of how you like your slides to fit
