While Pencer puts the Australium he got into good use, he sends his giant Pyrogun-bot to 2Fort, for mysterious reasons...
This was hell to make. It took almost 3 months, working almost every day. I hope you guys like it. At 13 minutes, it is my single longest video yet!

There is so much to love about this! Even the little things, like Sumo's subtle facial animations at 5:59 - 6:02. Pyrogun and Ninjie's personalities are really fun, too.
I just love how Pencer is basically TF2 version of Eggman.
My inspirations for Pencer were N. Gin and Eggman, but with a bit of competence!
@@Kugawattan The flying vehicle and "World's greated scientist" line gave it away, I'm not complaining though. Robotnik is my favorite video game villain, I'd really love to see more references to Eggman in Pencer's character! Also, when will 6th chapter of Mecha Madness come out?
@@doctorrobotnik6924 will still take a while. I have a new project that I have to do for my finals (yes it's a gmod video I can actually share) and I also have exams to tackle.
@@Kugawattan Take your time. Your personal life is more important than GMod animations. Still, can't wait for another part of Mecha Madness, in my opinion it has potential to become the most epic TF2 Freaks series. Take care.
I like the concept of Pencer.
A TF2 freak who wants to send all of the TF2 freaks into one big map called "MiddleofNowhere" thus eradicating them.
Oh boy, how are the freaks gonna handle this one? Can they pull together to stop a common threat? Maybe.
Also rest in pieces, Giant Pyrogun, you will be missed, well not really but you were cool

@@cupcaketf223 Clearly you haven’t seen him face Vagineer and Heavydile the first time around. He got killed in both fights, hence why he went on his revenge. Now if you mean the respawn system, well almost every Freak respawns when they die

I love how you used Pyrogun since usually he would fail against a Big Pyrobot since Ive seen the Pyrobot shorts and he usually loses.
Him winning by accident with that Sapper made me love Pyrogun even more. :)

I never thought I’d see another grandiose tf2 freaks adventures ever again since 2014-ish. Glad to be wrong about this. I have known about Pencer for approximately 7 years since he was in your freak concepts page on the tf2 freak show wiki when I use to frequent there as a cringy teenager (you won’t remember who I am and you’re better off for it, my freaks submitted there back then were shit and I’ve mostly moved on to other ventures etc etc). I’m glad to see Pencer finally in action and once again: you’re animation skills have gotten better and better. Looking forward to the follow up.

That means that Pencer isn't as Smart as he thinks.
If a Bog Standard Scout and Spy were able to enter that place, and live... That means SumoHeavy can easily leave without issue. After all, he's respawned, so he's at the Peak of health, and not suffering from Hunger or Thirst... And even then, Sumo Heavy is already capable of resisting the ailments of Starvation and Thirst as it is, due to his training.
Same applies to Panis Cupcake and Certain other Freaks. Even Pyrogun can leave without issue, due to his Cybernetic Nature.
Pencer was after all, using _NORMAL HUMANS_ as the Measuring Stick... Forgetting who he was dealing with. TF2 Freaks are Superhuman by their very design.
So I will RELISH the look on his face when his plans blow up in his face.
@@Victor-056 I wouldn't count that scout and spy as "normal" but they're definitely not freaks. Also didn't the guy say it was a box and not a desert?

And the "Intel" Scout carried told of it's proper _LOCATION_ of MiddleOfNowhere, where scout had to go to.

Wow! It's been forever since I've seen anything TF2 related. Freak Fortress 2 included. I gotta say this is fantastic. An improvement. I can't wait to see where this goes. For now, take you're time making the next one. And I gotta rewatch the other episodes of this. And previous other videos that may lead into this. Unless im missing something, Pencer just seems like one of those villains that gloat about taking over the world tbh, when his freakshow wiki article shows him as someone who just wants to protect his daughter Tella when "he realized he could build a robot empire so big, it would enforce his rule on the Freak World, and make it habitable for weaker people." This doesn't sound like he's making his rules for the Freak World and making it "safer for weaker people", we don't even know what his rules would be besides the first one being "always obey me and my daughter Tella". Would he go around policing freaks but ignoring those like the HECU who protect Evo City from threats like handsome rouge? Or would he be overzealous? Other than that, nice video! I can really see the progress being made in the animation quality, its perfect.

Stop Motion Helper at 60 fps. Which isn't a default option. I have to enable it every time I load gmod. I tried to contact winded (who made the addon) but he didn't even accept my request.

Nope. When you bonemerge a hat it is impossible to edit its position, unlike for weapons. I like it anyway, it fits because Pyrogun was built shoddily.
@@gmodviolet no, that doesnt work. The problem with that, SMH is really bad when working with welded items. Look no further than Pencer's helmet, you'll notice it doesn't cling in perfectly.

MiddleOfNowhere was the Map at the End of Catch That Scout...
And Aside from the Cartoony Moments (which is simply exaggeration for giggles), Scout and Spy were normal Humans, yet from what I can see, The reason Scout was so tired in Catch that Scout was because he had been running non-stop through all those maps (Excluding the quickstops for Bonk! Energy Drinks) _BEFORE_ the Desert map, without Rest!
And If I get it correct... Sumo Heavy's ability is to resist ailments like Drunkness, Starvation, Fire, Thirst, Bullets and Poison, means he can simply _WALK_ to civilization. Adding to that, Respawn resets prior ailments, so Sumo Heavy would be in perfect condition...
Meaning that Sumo Heavy and any other endurance-based Freak, or even CYBERNETIC, Magical, or _Speedy_ Freaks, can casually leave MiddleOfNowhere and return to drive Pencer's Plans into the Ground... And frankly, If a Smart Freak ends up in MiddleOfNowhere, Pencer will have no capability of knowing what they're doing without wasting time and Resources keeping Survillance on the Scattered Respawn Points in MiddleOfNowhere.
Meaning a Smart Freak could build an entire battallion to overthrow Pencer, or even a brand new civilization in MiddleOfNowhere, and Spencer would know NOTHING of it until it's too late and they're destroying his Regime.
Then again, Spencer is a rather Arrogant Person, and also a Hypocrite. He wants all Freaks either Killed or Controlled... Neglecting the fact that both him and his Daughter are Freaks themselves. (Then again, Rules for Thee and Not for Me, Eh Pencer?)
Pencer is signing his Defeat Warrant... He just doesn't realize it yet.

So this "Pencer" has Australium-fueled robots, eh? Someone better call Cyborneer and his posse. They have the most experience fighting Australium-enhanced machines. Plus I have little doubt our new Eggman knockoff couldn't handle a fight against several of the most powerful freaks in existence. I'm willing to be he's not even as powerful as Dr Schadenfreud's was.
Well, you do have a point there, pencer is a normal human, dr. Schadenfreude was geneticly modified by himself, and cybor characters are able to destroy those robots, or maybe painis cupcake's ubercharge can potential destroy those, but if pencer has more giants and robosol at his service, it will be more dificult
@@cupcaketf223 I'm pretty sure Robosol was destroyed. If not, get Soldine. Something tells me the Giant was just supposed to be a distraction. If he really does have more giants, I think additional freaks will be needed. Medizard comes to mind. And I'm sure Cyborspy would want to get his grimy hands on a new robot army for his own plans.

@@blam320 Robosol wasn’t destroyed: it was reprogrammed by Pencer’s daughter. And Robosol was pretty evenly matched with Soldine, so yeah.
