I have a kitchen conundrum! My son loves a thick chewy chocolate chip cookie and my husband loves a thin and crispy chocolate chip cookie. What is a great recipe for each and what makes each one crispy or chewie? Help!
Thank you, Thomas all The way from Europe. My question is i am originally from Marocco and have a couple bottles of Argan food oil, any suggestions of what I can used one, currently I only use it one my sandwich with a couple slices of turkey 😊👍
Allium isn't a particular vegetable. The term is used in cooking to refer to veggies that are alliums. Allium is the scientific classification category - specifically genus of monocotyledonous flowering plants that includes hundreds of species, including, but not limited to the cultivated onion, garlic, scallion, shallot, leek, and chive.
@@ZaxorVonSkyler He does have a point though. This show started out as a means of troubleshooting common kitchen problems. It was sort of a show to illustrate technique and trouble points. But it's gotten away from that. I'm not railing against it, but I do think it's notable and alright to criticize.

Tasty fabulous, love from🇵🇰
Just a general request from a big fan of you: Please give your recipes in grams. It’s really difficult to find e.g. 50% of ¾ of a cup of flour.
Or just use all of one cookie sheet. Obviously you don't do the dishes at Martha Stewart's test kitchen.
Yeah I am deft my next salmon like this. Noted for when I go food shopping this weekend. Thank you Thomas!!!
Hope you enjoy!
Fleshy salmon...,MOUTH WATERING...

Good, i wasn't the only one who notices. There is onestly like 10 tablespoons in this dish
To be fair he addresses this by saying that the brand they use has less salinity than Morton's. So it's probably not as bad as you think.
Thomas is so informative. Thanks!
Farmed? Oh no! You guys must be on the East coast
Did he just refer to albumin as fat?
I love you but where is Sarah???
When is it appropriate to use a salt like fleur de sol?
