House #3 is my fav in terms of charm and aesthetic. It’s so hard, though, because I’d say location and cost are top priority! We are SO glad we prioritized those two things when purchasing our home. Excited to see more of your journey! ❤️

My husband and I rented a house last year and let me tell you, it is sooo hard to find the perfect house in this market and especially when the husbands are content living in anything😂 no house will be perfect but you guys will make any home your own and turn it into something you love!! 🤍
The Sandy springs. / dunwoody area is great. Best place ever! Quiet, near everything and everyone is so nice. Alpharetta is pretty far away from everything.
I have lived in Kennesaw my whole life! It’s a great area central to a lot - and a fairly easy drive into Atlanta! Can’t wait to see where y’all end up
Especially with a new area I would go with the best location w the best fit to your needs. 45 minutes is far for something you want to go to once a week!

In Georgia everybody drives 45+ for work. Kennesaw,Woodstock,Marietta is called Metro Atlanta. Is better to Iive outside Atlanta. You find Orange Theory, Target and all that everywhere in Metro Atlanta. Woodstock is a great young family area. The downtown is super cute
I live in Acworth close to Kennasaw but im near the lake and downtown Acworth and my husband and I absolutely love it. I also lived near downtown Woodstock both areas are a 10 out of 10
House number three is the same cost for the house I just got 2050$ for a 4 bed room 2bath 2895 sqft in Texas is just 😤👌🏻 the land and house in total sqft is like 7000 almost 8000 which is more than enough
Hey Bianca! I wanted to recommend the Breville espresso machine! It’s amazing! Better than nespresso and just like Starbucks. I just recently got mine because im addicted to coffee haha! It’s a little bit of work but it’s a fun process! If you want less work you can try out the touch screen version! That one is less manual! Highlyyyy recommend it girl!!
