You need to understand keran tangdhar and gurez are totally different from Kashmir. They are independent valleys entered into through passes in high altitude. Keran through pharkian Gali. Tangdhar through NC pass famously called Sadhna(film star) and gurez through Razdan pass. All passes get affected by snow in winter. Therefore the dependence on the army is immense. The only employer here is the army. Porters donkeys all work for the army in summer winter stocking rations, fuel for heating drying and for generators. Ammunition too. These people all speak gojri pahari and gurezi. You can not say the kashmiri folk think the same for India. In fact jk 09 is district no of kupwara vehicle registration when 370 was abrogated. Kupwara had no bandh. Total support for India. These vehicles when they used to go to rest of Kashmir their glasses were broken etc. Kupwara is called as modinagar by rest of Kashmir. Kupwara district is by far the largest. And it has most no of ex servicemen. Jammu and Kashmir light infantry as well as jammu and kashmir rifles have large recruitment based from here. Please study videos of Kashmir terriers and kupwara tigers for more information. Twitter and Instagram handles of Kupwaraterriers should be very useful for you.

I was posted in Kashmir Valley this is a very famous region of the Valley. The Jammu and Kashmir State was not under the British but was ruled by Dogra Kshatriyas (Rajputs) as an independent kingdom. This State was very diverse and her borders touched Afghanistan at Wakhan and were next to Tajikistan. Most ethnic Kashmiris live in Kashmir Valley and in other regions of this state are non-Kashmiri people different ethnic groups. Kashmiris are pure Central Asian Aryans. When we get an effective leader we shall surely be able to take back POK. India is now the third strongest power after Russia and the USA. The brilliant Mrs. Indira Gandhi (the only big mistake she made was to attack our temple) took back parts of POK in 1971. She sadly could not take the whole as the USA would have surely intervened for tiny Pakistan. He is a Lone an ancient people referred earlier to as Lavanyas. They are pure Kashmiris.

Im a British Born Kashmiri, my perents came from Kashmir POK, we have been provided with a NICOP card that allows us to reside, and walk freely in POK Kashmir, i will 1 day visit this place inshallah.
First time i went when i was 12 and Every house there has lights internet and roads, im now 35, and things have only aproved, i feel sorry for these guys that dont even have access to light.
I will make a trip to Kashmir IOK too, people on both sides are very nice, heartwarming, and welcoming, only if we never had any borders.
I can see Sunset Peak Mountains (india), from my Home in Kashmir POK, does anyone know or been there from the indian side.?

Local Kashmiris are so kind and polite people.... great conversation with Lone saheb. Indian government should develop an exchange program to host Kashmiris with host families for vacations in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Calcutta and other cities of India. A structured exchange program will integrate people and show them people in other parts of India love them. Just like most people in other parts of India don't know how nice Kashmiris are, most Kashmiris likely don't know much about Maharashtrians, Gujaratis, Rajasthanis, Tamilians and others in India.
Amazed to see how happy they are with the smallest and basic things. And here I am sitting on the couch and watching this video without any gratitude towards the life I have. A lot to learn for sure from these simple human beings. And the place was so beautiful that it makes me want to go there right now. I am not a subscriber of this channel, but all I'll say is that: dude keep up the good work and bring out all the untold stories of the people.
