the only thing that im worried about is the AC unit. if youre trying to live full time in it do you think it will handle being run all day every day in the summer?
I love this model. I personally would love to see one that is a little longer, has a slide to increase the living room area, and a little increase in the shower height
No slide is good, in this case. This is clearly being marketed as a low maintenance hybrid between an RV and a tiny home at half the cost of a traditional tiny home

It has more space an storage then you would think. I like that you have a electric fireplace space heater in the master loft. An the other loft you could use it for a guest or storage. Are tanks heated is it a closed under belly. Is the insulation 4 season? I really like everything about this just have questions. Is there any solar hook ups. Is A/C vented with a heat strip.

Nice Floor plan, but I think made for stationary rving because there is absolutely no outside storage so you would need a shed I couldn't see dragging this all over the country with that 13.6 ft height, love the porch and windows and lay out with no slide.

I saw a vid for this LOOOOOOVE 🥰🥰 THE PORCH and it was said there was a pull down ladder for the "storage" loft. However, you said there were holes for a ladder attachment. Can you show this in a video, please. Mahalo.

Definitely more of a tiny home vibe, it wouldn't be for me, but I can see it being really popular with people not able to get on the property market, or those travelling for some reason and not wanting to live out of a suitcase with limited privacy.
I'd like to see you demonstrate the emergency exit working, it sounds quick and easy but is it really?
We are considering ordering some for property in West Texas to Air BNB. These are (semi)mobile, so less risk.
I was just about to buy another RV model, but not now. I absolutely love this and now need to save up some more. The only thing I don't like is there's no window in the bathroom. I wish I could just get rid of the medicine cabinet and have a window there instead. I could just stick a mirror on one of the cabinets in the bathroom.

Only thing they over looked was a second door! MOST campsites, you back into and are back to back with another camper. Love the idea tho.

While I like it, not sure that’s an RV. Driving in the rain would be a No-No with those windows, and the thing is about a boxy in the wind as can be. Call it what it is, a park trailer that can be moved as needed. 👍🏻😎

@@JustinEthnostate- it’s been 3 months. I think I was reversed thinking that the back porch, windows on top and sliding glass doors were at the moment a serious issue in my mind. Watching this again I was an idiot. The sliding glass door and window might be an issue when traveling… but as they DO face the rear, no driving rain issue, just backdraft issues when driving. But as it’s not too aerodynamic… long drives would be a slight concern as mileage would be an issue. But for a park or permanent site with septic, water and electric… this is wonderful.
It’s a B grade tiny home put together as cheap as possible.
That hitch weight takes the whole payload of a 2024 tundra 😮

It's a lot of RV for a very reasonable price
My only two issues are that, one, it's not a very good candidate for off gridding, but that's also not what i think it's being marketed for(despite the size) and that TV is WAY TOO HIGH
Honestly i just may end up getting one of these. I could see myself living quite comfortably in it at a beach side RV park, long term

There is a fold table under the television. It has 2 stools to sit on. Nice size for 2 people and it folds out of the way when not in use.

ONE STAR = If it's like Anything else made by Forest River (see RV Insider-Owner Reviews), you will only "love it" until it starts to FALL Apart then, you will HATE your Life & feel like an, absolute, IDIOT for ever having bought something that was so Poorly Made !!! My first & only mistake of buying a Forest River RV ended, after months of problems, when I went over "speed bump" & the ENTIRE TRAILER FELL OFF THE FRAME, BECAUSE IT WAS "NEVER" BOLTED DOWN & Forest River would NOT do Anything to Help Me !!! . . . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED . . .
Overall love it. But it’s not a RV for travelling.
1. Bad aerodynamics
2. Not RV certified
3. Too many windows for traveling
4. Too many windows for hot summer days
5. No outside storage
Few years ago I considered one of these but decided they were not good for lots of traveling. Bought a real RV then
not rv certified? can i still legally tow it on public roads?? plan on parking it somewhere to live in but if i ever need/want to move would def like to be able to just go.
this is beautful and i would love to sell my trailer and get this one but i will never go through the process of buying another trailer through a dealership. Waste of money and its been nothing but a disappointment for me. Ive recieved a shitty trailer that had issues from day 1, it works fine now but I have taken it in so many times for things breaking. The dealership is also a sham too when they try to sell you an overpriced warranty deal that they dont honor when it comes time. You get what you pay for of course but not worth the pain and suffering when things start going bad with this trailer not to mention the cheap grade steel they use in the frames. Too risky anymore to buy this POS crap.

@@TheRVHunter I guess so….im in Colorado though. Question with this trailer since it’s so new, there are no videos of anyone towing it. I’m curious to see how it tows at highway speed since it’s so boxy and large, it’s not very aerodynamic looking.
I sell nationally so I’m not worried about location! This isn’t going to pull great, it’s more of a location for a while type RV not a weekend a time at different locations
