That microphone is pretty good, but if I want to be critical I think I can hear more background noise than the usual ASMR mics. Especially compared to MassageASMR's videos. He has none(as far as I can tell) background noise. Maybe it's a setup issue or the mics itself. I'm not that educated. But as far as picking up voice, it's pretty damn good.
Thanks for your comment! Being able to hear background noise is pretty much entirely a setup issue, you need really sensitive microphones for ASMR and they literally pickup EVERYTHING. It makes it hard to film when there is any background noise. For instance I shoot in the evening in a room that I've tried my best to soundproof but still sometimes I have to edit out bits with background noise. Ideally I would have a completely soundproofed studio. MassageASMR's production quality is top notch and he must shoot in a really quiet space. There is some tricks you can do to reduce background noise such as turning down the sensitivity on the microphones or editing the audio in post but these will both somewhat impact the quality.
Its definitely a set up issue, good mics usually pick up background noises, the thing about the higher quality Asmrtists is that they are usually sound proofed and there usually isn't any background noises to be picked up.
MassageASMR also uses Rode mics (6 of them) that total in about $2400 USB and they all plug into a TASCAM UH-7000 which is about $400 USD. And I think he has a "studio" or room that he uses purely for recording. However, sometimes you can hear background noises, I don't think there is an ASMR artist out there that could afford to build a completely sound proof room.
the whole point of this channel oddly enough is advertisement for that microphone. it is called the POP asmr mic, and it is supposed to be a cheaper version of the 3Dio.
Thank you, it was good. You deserve so much more subscribers
Thank you sooo much!

I want to get one for my channel so badly! :)
I think I'm gonna need one of those microphones before too long.
