Tanks coach❤ Love these kind of drills!
I have a question: I want my players to get to learn shooting while a defender Contests. The problem is is that all drills that cover this problem only use 2 players. Are there any Continuity shooting drills that add a shot contester and use more players?

You get a nice continuity when the contester immediately becomes the next shooter.
The first player runs to spot A and receives a pass from the player behind him for the shot. The passer follows his pass and contests the shot. The contester immediately runs to spot B and receives the pass from the next player. The passer in turn becomes the contester and the next shooter from spot A. Then it goes on and on.
      I hope that makes sense.

Hello, I really like the drills. I am an basketball coach myself and as an player I had lots of international experience but now I am transition into an defensive coach, its going pretty well but I need to develope my methods in full court man 2 man defense. Is it possible for drills how to train this and send opponents into the trap at the side line/mid line ? I would really want to get better at training this to my u16 team, I would really apreciate it, if this is possible , greetings from Holland.

      Thank you!
First, I would establish all the principles that are important to you, for example:
no middle, no player behind the line of basketball, maximum pressure on the ball handler, no set match-ups, etc.
As for drills, I would start with power play situations for the defense. 1v2, 2v3, 3v4 and focus on following the principles. All players have to buy into it. Perfection comes with time and play.
      Hope that helps.

@@basketballorbit I want no middle indeed, and I am trying to force the pass only backwards so indeed not behind the line of basketball. For me it would be perfect to get some ideas how to improve this aspect everytime

      Happy new year!
Here are 2 ideas how to teach no middle:
      1. 1v1 start at the midline out of bounds. The offensive player gets 1 point for scoring and 1 point when crossing the imaginary midline. The offensive player must only move forwards and cannot move backwards.
      2. 4v4 or 5v5: The offense gets a point when driving middle and touching the paint with one foot.
I will cover the trap defense in my next videos including drills. Thank you so much for your comments!
