    Ciao Francesca, writing is really helping me in this period. I used to do it a lot as a kid and I'm getting back to this habit now as an adult, trying to break catastrophizing that affected my mind for more than a decade because I failed once, get poor and have been put down by family and surroundings.
    Although my life get so hard in every aspect and it's really difficult to avoid the super negative days, I can only agree that writing down our thoughts helps us to see more clarity and seek for B plans, basically we find the resources in ourselves.
    I've wasted so much time in seeking love or validation in others, but now I know that if you don't appreciate yourself first nobody will.
    It's a battle against ourselves first and most.
    From your accent I assume you're italian too.
    Your videos are really helpful and you're giving precious insights ❤
