During the hiatus him and another member went to produce 101 and han got into X1 ended up being their leader but X1 had to disband and then after they disbanded he got a lot of hate for not doing more for his group. After that he joined victon again but was no longer leader anymore. This is all I can say but I don't really know much more other than that.

They went on hiatus for a year and a half, and during that time Seungwoo and Byungchan (another member from Victon) partecipated in Produce X 101, but Byungchan had to retire just before the finals (not sure, but it was towards the end of the show) for health reasons and Seungwoo during that time had also some problems with his knee so he had surgery, but was able to rank 3rd at the finale and secured a spot on the final line-up of X1. Since the original prospect for X1 was to promote as a group for 5 years, the contract terms stated that the members had to do activities only in X1 in the first 2 years and a half, then after that they're free to eventually rejoin again their previous groups/or debut for the remaining 2.5 years in X1. But in January 2020 (just 5 months after their debut) they had to disband after a scandal arose when it was revealed that PDx101 (and not only, it was basically the whole Produce series) was rigged by some producers of the show (for more, there are some articles online that explain well what happened). Unlike Iz*one that had already settled with contracts, X1 being a new group there were some contracts of the members were still on the process, that's why they had to disband because they couldn't find an agreement between all the agencies of the members. Prior to this, Seungwoo and the other members of Victon were already aware that in case he had won a spot in the final line-up, he wouldn't be able to partecipate as an active member in the first 2.5 years, and especially him being the leader, Seungsik acted as a temporary leader during his absence. With the scandal going on, Seungwoo faced a lot of hate because some speculated that he was one of those who wasn't part of the original debut line-up in X1 or that he wasn't doing enough being the oldest for both of the groups. After X1 had to disband, he went back to Victon (and Seunsik became the official leader) but still had some backlash from some "fans" of X1 and there was a lot of fanwar between ONE-ITs (X1's fandom) and ALICEs (Victon's fandom). But don't worry, now all is well!! Victon is doing really great so far, they're finally getting the recognition they deserved. Victon's first comeback with him was in March 2020 with Howling and had their 1st win as a full group. He debuted as a soloist in August 2020 with Sacrifice (with the album entitled as Fame, which I really recommend!!) and he made his solo comeback with the album Fade with the title track 다시 만나. While, his latest comeback with Victon was with What I Said with the release of their 1st full album Voice: the future is now. He revealed on a live that he'll enlist on July 26, so this is his last activity before that. He said that he regrets not doing enough concerts before since with the pandemic going on he doesn't have the chance to see us in person and that he feels sorry for making us wait for him again, but he has faith that everything will go well. I got to know Kpop during the start of quarantine and Wooya was the first idol I looked up to and made me soo happy every single day.
