I'm astonished this man was ever hired to do *anything*, and even more so that he is STILL EMPLOYED. He is under-qualified for work at a fast-food restaurant.
Just finished editing part 6... He doesn't even seem all that fazed that despite Gareth Jenkins being discredited as an expert witness and breached court rules... Gareth went on to be used in the Group Litigation (spm's V the Post Office) it is almost as if Roderick doesn't know the terms "conflict of interest" and "bias" in other words... He has no idea of law. He makes Lionel Hutz from the Simpsons look top tier lawyer!
Williams has come across as a thoroughly devious witness whose credibility is neer non existent. It beggars belief that he shows, time and time again, that the professional ethics by which he is supposed to conduct himself, are regarded as standards that don't apply to his employing organisation. Jarnail Singh is another strange appointment of the PO, totally unsuitable for the profession they purport to belong to.
There Needs to be a shopping channel called Jason Beer's Beer where Jason Beer would present 24/7 and sell beer non-stop. Now there you go. Law school through our country has a bums on seats policy in order to keep open. I can see how low they have gone if he is a result of this.

If you have an avenue to research........How was Roderick able to contact Mandy Talbot in 2019 given her claim to have left in 2014.? Was the contact related to 2 recused judges being R LL Williams and judge Fraser ? 1 buried by S Y Police and 1. Revealed in Bates class action. Thanks in advance
How often in a solicitors career would he or she have a need to request a judge recusal ? Would it be a minor miracle if it occurred twice ? in June of 99 and more recently Judge Fraser with an instruction or legal advantage sought by instructing solicitor Mandy Talbot who has access to 320k to bankrupt Lee Castleton and is chief sponsor of S Yorks police ?
Confession of post office counsel Ian Groom in 1999 to perverting the course of justice seems like a missed opportunity to nip this in the bud, Not sure how Mandy Talbot managed to steer police to Huddersfield for a crime in a Sheffield court or on what date she struck up a relationship with Attercliffe CID Alan Smart but the 2003 letter seems a bit over familiar to be a first date, A shared address with a former copper might offer up some clues.
