This season is already off to a great start IMO. Loved the opening scene with the Mandos fighting that creature and then Mando himself making that EPIC badass entrance.
those space whales grogu saw in hyperspace are from star wars rebels. they can travel through hyperspace, and they helped in the final battle of that show where they forced the destroyer Thrawn and Ezra were on into hyperspace where they went missing, until the Ahsoka show
Next time put a spoiler warning for those who haven’t watched Rebels. You could have just said that the whales/purgils appear in Rebels and have an important role.
You guys can become part of the Pennsylvania Mandalorian Mercs costume club and build/customize an entire Mando costume. My husband is an official member of the PA group ‘Mav oya’la Clan’. They troop at many conventions including Star Wars Celebration in their Mando armor. Lots of fun!! They host armor parties to help new members work on costumes to become official members. The more the merrier! If you want more info, let me know!
I watch you guys for a lot of reasons, but #1 is your blatant, naked humanity. The rest of the reviewers are not all bereft of it, but the analysis and the breakdowns usually come first. You guys feel your way through and appreciate entertainment so genuinely that it’s impossible not to enjoy what I’m watching even more. No need to apologize for eye sweat, your emotion shows mad strength-most people don’t have the stones to feel with us.
That was a solid start to the season! They gave us a little action at the start, we checked in on some familiar faces, and we're on our way. I thought Quil told Mando there was no way for IG11 to revert to his prior programming so Mando gave him a chance. Once he reverted it is kind of strange mando even wants to mess with him.
Scene with the Mandalorians fighting the monster and Grogu looking at purgils in the hyperspace were the highlights for me,great start of the new season :)

Anyway, it turns out the kid is Jimmy Kimmel’s nephew and he also played the Tusken Raider youngster. Good for him. So excited for this season! Woo hoo!
Honestly they arent doing a great job making me think the mando code is worth anything. I mean the whole learn how to navigate the galaxy, become proficient with every style of weaponry. I get all that. But their home was destroyed. And yet they found a new place to baptize their youth without the mines of mandalore so why does din need the mines to redeem himself? Its so assbackwards. Then you got Bo-Katans people who will dont believe in keeping their helmets on yet they still believe the only person who can rule them must hold the dark saber. And if thats true why arent they following mando around since he has the saber? Why did the mandos who were loyal to Bo suddenly dip once the saber was taken from gideon? Their religion makes about as much sense as Christianity.
Did people REALLY think it was a flashback?! It had the armorer and Paz Vizla who are around at the same time. It seemed obvious it was current day to me
