I saw already two years ago such a thin foil computer screen in/on a Store window in a normal shop in Beijing. Very impressive and quite big. Sligthly over one square meter. May be not the best colors , I do not remember, if sun did disturb, but it was sufficiently.

slow down your subtitles. People miss the pictures and vids as they are trying to read your to fast subtitles. A little advice :)
I agree with Matthew Peter. The subtitles are absolutely way too fast and need to be modified as I had to pause multiple times in replay the 1st 30 seconds even there's too much going on too little time.
I appreciate your guys' work but you of course want to make it better and improve every day and slowing down and taking time to edit with the subtitles and go back and review to see if you can read them yourselves before you ever post your videos. Cheers and thank you

Well China will never escape the middle income trap if can’t create the next life changing technology. Such as the next airplane or light bulb or personal computer or other life changing technology. These innovations are creative but they are just variations of already existing technology. They have to create something so life changing so important that everyone needs it and countless companies and countries will try to mimic it. Just like how apple created the smart phone and now how many companies have mimic this idea includes Samsung, Huawei, Motorola, LG. Many of china’s accomplishments are good but it doesn’t set them apart from any other farther developed country. China needs to be extra ordinary and set themself apart from the rest. I haven’t seen anything like that just yet.

i know because i came from
Robotics and AI sure, bullet train, super computing aeronautics and other fields i don't think so. All those are collaborative efforts with other global researchers. China isn't able to build the parts for the bullet train, they purchase parts from overseas and then re-badge them. Aeronautics mainly come from stolen research from abroad. This video actually doesn't show anything new in terms of invention from China since they can already be found elsewhere, it does however show china is the lead manufacturing country and use of these items. The designs and plans for most are still foreign sourced
If the Chinese can steal from the most technologically advance country (do they claimed) that speaks Volumes of the Chinese capabilities.

Interesting video; I learned several things that I had not heard before. However, what's up with the ridiculously fast flashing of text across the screen? I have been tested at 400-425 words per minute reading speed and many times I could only read about half of the words before they disappeared and something else flashed on the screen. Now where is that link for Evelyn Wood speed-reading class? :D
