I love how there *always* a message specifically for me, even when the title doesn't speak to me directly. I was processing some tikkun healing challenge and turned on "loving yourself" and you literally said leaving the conversation can be self love. That's what I had done and was struggling with (did I make the right choice, was it reactive etc ) .
