Maybe 1 or 2. But the questions are not direct, you need to understand the meaning of the terms (perceiving, judging, intuitive, etc.), that's it!

      Question or drag/drop?

    • @thomaskatt4450

@@mushybreaks it was drag and drop, i recall it was something like describing a difficult opinionated individual that was pushing their point of view on everyone, i marked them as extroverted and judgemental, i think i probably got it right but only because i was familiar with mbti outside of pmp study

I have studied PMBOK-6 and Agile but not studied PMBOK-7 completely.
    Question is:
Is MBTI mentioned somewhere in PMBOK-7?
If not, how can PMI include this terminology in its exam?
It means, PMI can refer to any terminology, theory or Principal of Project Management even it is not included in PMBOK or Agile?
Do you think it is fair?

Good reflection. Let me respond to each question apart:
1- MBTI is not mentioned anywhere in PMBOK 7
2- PMI includes it to the exam because the exam is based on the Exam Content Outline (ECO), not the PMBOK 7. In the ECO there is a mention of Personality Indicators (task 14, p6). But, there is no mention of MBTI either.
3- PMI can refer to any theory that it considers relevant or important for project managers to know.
4- Is it fair? That's dependent of the level of uncertainly. If the scope of the exam is very clear (based on PMBOK 7 for instance), then the exam will be easy and people will just read one book and move on. On the other hand, if the scope is very unclear (you don't know what theory will face out of dozens or hundreds of theories), then the exam will become a sort of gambling. Right now, the PMP exam doesn't include many theories. As long as theories doesn't require effort for memorization that's fine. I personally think that PMI should not include questions that require memorization of theories, like the MBTI, in order to get these questions right.

      Mr. Yassine Tounsi:
Thanks for your prompt response. Appreciate it!
The reason behind to ask such question is: I have been trying to pass my PMP since last 8 years from 2014 till date and took exam for six (6) times and couldn't pass because of this ambiguous and uncertain exam system (Alpine Testing System - A Psychometric testing system)
I really spent thousands of dollars but all in wasted. Even I finished this PMBOK-5, 6 more than 30 times (even I can write my own PMP book) but unfortunately, I couldn't pass my exam. I am too scared with their exam as it is always ambiguous, and we don't know what questions can come across. For example: Even in 2015 exam they asked questions about Agile and Scrum when it was not part of exam. I raised this issue to PMI but got very cold and ambiguous response.
Would you please let me know, how I can contact you to resolve my long-awaited issue?
      Thanks and Regards.
