In Odisha I have not seen any recipes from raw Spinach in fact we eat Spinach leaf n root by either making a veg curry item using potatoes or we fry Spinach leaf using Besan n oil.. Never tasted Spinach juice..☺

You could have easily understood from her accent that English is not her first language.. Most of d Eastern European, Baltic counties n Russian, Ukrainian n Belarusian are very much comfortable in Sanskrit n can easily pronounce Hindi unlike western countries.. Their languages are very close to Sanskrit..
