The true heroes of our nation. I know how it feels coz, they helped me on the road to Gurudongmar Lake. Our car got stuck in the middle of the road and the driver did not have much option left than to wait for help as the place was quite isolated and I could see only mountains all around me and not a single person was there. Then after almost 20 to 25minutes approximately, two convoys passed and they stopped assuming something was wrong with our car. One army man came down from the truck, asked us what has exactly happened and then straightaway went down the car without even hesitating and helped our car, go active again. I am an atheist but I can proudly say that I believe in worshipping my military and they are GOD to me. Jai Jawaan Jai Hind

brother actually . there is a reason behind ......decrease in water level during day and increase in level during evening and night....
during whole day heat from sun melts the snow of glaciers and thereby increasing level during evening or night....and during night tempreature falls very low even below zero......starts again freezing them......and the water level falls during morning and day time.......
i know this because im from manali..and experiences so many things related to this....

Always eat light food, food which is easy to digest coz during tough riding, ur muscles and brain require more amount of blood to function
Meanwhile if u consume heavy food, more blood will get used up by ur digestive system. So amount of blood will get compromised for peripheral muscles and brain to work properly leading to altitude sickness

Bro please mention which month you did ladak trip.i did on July 2019 . I also faced same situation as a solo (my co riders left me alone as they fed up with bike ride) in changla pass as a solo and in some part of sarchu to Manali road
