This guy makes me understand why the Spurs let Dilly go. The Spurs wanted Juan more than Dilly. The Spurs got to see them both so I trust their judgment on it.
Dilly is so tiny, he can't play a real role in the NBA unless he becomes Kyrie Irving, which he wont
Spurs picked their pg of the future in castle. He will be their point guard. Never made sense to take dilly. He would be wasted talent as a backup. This right here with Nunez is the right pick. To me, spurs got what they wanted and more considering they got future picks they can use for trade

Juan is a steal. This dude has high IQ and amazing passing skills, he is a winner and have played with grown up pros for the last 2 years and a half. He needs to improve his shooting but he is 20 so time is on his side. His pick and roll game is way beyond his age.

It depends of the Spurs, if they want him he won't go anywhere else. There is no official contract announced with Barcelona.

He signed 3 year deal to Barcelona through 2027. At earliest, I could see Spurs paying out the rest of the deal and him joining for the 2025-2026 season. Crystal ball guessing here, but guessing thats when CP3 retires.

CP3 is definitely coming to the Spurs now. He will mentor all the younger guards. Hell, he may even retire and become the Spurs coach! Just speculation. I would welcome CP3 under those circumstances.
I think a previous Spurs player would take the role. Maybe Tony, Manu, maybe Duncan wills it in himself to do it, especially if this is because Pop passed. We recently saw Duncan do an interview. No one knows Pop's mind better than Duncan
